30H YOGA ETXEA GUÉTHARY

In October, Simon Park and I are co-teaching a four-day yoga teacher training with the theme ‘Precision in Practice’ at Yoga Etxea Guéthary (France). This Yoga Alliance accredited training is designed for yoga teachers and experienced practitioners who want to gain a fresh perspective toward a dynamic and holistic practice that integrates the flow of vinyasa yoga, intelligent sequencing and therapeutic touch principles. ‘Precision in Practice’ will focus on the essential elements of alignment, the art of creative sequencing, and the therapeutic use of touch, ensuring a well-rounded approach to yoga instruction and practice.
