More infoI am very excited to be joining my teacher and friend Simon Park at his Advanced Yoga Teacher Training in the French Alps again in 2025. Simon has influenced both my teaching and my practice immensely and I am very happy to be teaching on his trainings.
We are joined by Gwyn Williams who is giving an introduction to Zen Thai and the art of touch, Bess Prescott who is teaching yoga history and philosophy and Alex Perez who will be teaching yoga anatomy.
