WINTER YOGA RETREAT

For the third year in a row, I am happy to invite you to my (end of) Winter Yoga Retreat at NONNA Hof in northern Germany for four days full of yoga, community and slowing down. In addition to lengthy morning yoga classes, you can expect workshops, asana labs and relaxing restorative classes in the evening, as well as plenty of space for connection and your questions.
